Small and Medium Enterprises

Enterprises with a limited number of employees and/or limited turnover. Small enterprises have up to 100 employees. Medium companies have from 100 to 1000 staff. Performing specific orders as part of extended enterprises, SME need the product lifecycle management (PLM) strategy as much as large companies; however, their requirements to the cost of PLM-solutions, the period of their implementation and the rate of return are different. Many vendors take this into account providing special packages of non-expensive express PLM-solutions for SME, which can be quickly implemented by a small enterprise.
